Meet our Team

Bryce Fluker, B.S.
Early Days
You could say I was born into racing — literally. My mom ran races while pregnant, and my dad was a collegiate hurdler at SMU and a high school cross-country coach for 15 years during my childhood. Growing up in Marshall, Texas I played nearly every sport I could: basketball, soccer, football, hurdles, powerlifting, and more. If you know of Friday Night Lights, hit me up and I’ll tell you the real story behind Marshall actually beating Odessa-Permian in the state championship…
Triathlon Life
I earned my degree in Exercise & Sports Sciences from Texas Tech University, where I also discovered triathlon (during my years working on campus in aquatics) — joining the Club Team and competing in the 2009 Collegiate National Championship that Tech hosted. My passion only grew from there: In 2010 I participated in my first Half-Ironman event ran by the Tech Triathlon Club benefactor, Mike Greer, I then raced in the 2011 Ironman 70.3 World Championship in Las Vegas, and then competed internationally in the 2015 Half-Ironman Middle East Championship during deployment in Bahrain. I also co-created a USA Triathlon-sanctioned sprint triathlon and have helped organize 5K run races.
Military Grit
My path wasn’t linear. After college, I had what you’d call a quarter-life crisis and chose to enter into military service at 28 years old under a Special Operations contract in the Navy running with the likes of David Goggins. I became a Command Fitness Leader and First Class Swimmer, helping others qualify across multiple commands. That experience shaped how I coach today — blending structure, resilience, and adaptability.
